Faith Night at the Denver Nuggets

Thursday, Feb 28th, 7 pm:
Denver Nuggets vs. the Utah Jazz

With a group of 10 or more persons we can purchase upper level tickets for $30 each.  The ticket includes a $10 food voucher, a t-shirt, and a talk by Chaplain Chip Simmons.  Let’s have fun and show our faith. Holy Family Book Group – will meet  beginning February 3rd in the Hospitality Room after the 9:30 Mass.  The book, The Biggest Lie in the History of Christianity, by Matthew Kelly will be discussed during the month of February. what is the biggest lie?  That holiness is not possible for us. Come, join the group!

Support the Collection for the Church in Latin America

Through your support for this Collection, you have helped young people accept the challenge to grow in faith. Especially the young as they prepare for World Youth Day in Panama, 2019.

Live Class Instructors for Marriage Prep Needed-Both English and Bilingual (Spanish)
Agape Catholic Ministries is looking for a Live Class Instructor Couple to mentor engaged couples in a classroom setting in the Archdiocese of Denver, along the guidelines set forth by the Catholic Church. The goal is to help the engaged couples build a Christ-Centered marriage, and for many to help foster a deep conversion. As an instructor couple, you will mentor the engaged couples through the marriage prep program, answer their questions and share personal marriage experiences with them. The live class consists of 4 sessions/one per week. Each class is 2 ½ hours long. You will be provided with the materials necessary to conduct the class. ARCHIVES AT THE ARCHDIOCESE
We lovingly sent our Holy Family Grade School records to the Archives for safe-keeping. While there, we were informed of the need for more treasures and memorabilia from anyone who attended Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Denver. If you have school pictures, year books, class records call the Archives, located at 1300 S. Steele, 303.715.3144. You may email Karyl Klein at archives@archden.org.


The Coffee & Donuts Ministry is in need of a couple, family, anyone, who would volunteer to take over this ministry. Call the Parish Office to help.

78-year-old blind Christian gentleman needing assistance in utilizing his iPad/iPhone (through use of Voiceover / Accessibility feature; easily self-taught) on a weekly basis. Pays $10/hr.

What’s expected:

• Pick him up at home (Colfax & Lowell Blvd; near Mile High Stadium) and drive to a nearby library to work in a reading room at least 2 hours a week; flexible schedule.

A few specific tasks include:

* Help read through his emails
* Improve his text messaging skills
* Unsubscribe from unwanted emails
* Update his personal contact list
* Teach him how to use various blind assist icons/apps
* Assist in stock portfolio research (prior skill or knowledge in stocks is not necessary)
